Boldeal provides a SaaS platform for commercial real estate professionals, including website creation, listing management, interactive siteplans, and a client portal. Services are provided on a subscription basis.
Boldeal offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled. All prices are in USD.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to violate any regulations, or to infringe on the rights of others. Boldeal reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Boldeal and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Boldeal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform.
